An earlier heavier rainfal did send mud to the PK. Mud input reaching a few miles off shore is a very seriouss matter. This happens severl tmes a year. Imagine ty the protst if it was a marina dredging output Fishing and diving interests shd be complaining to authorities re inadequate law.
