Ross: that is a great shot! So many of those big trumpet sponges have gone. Anchor chains can knock them off. Back in the seventies there was a craze for ripping them off, cleaning them and putting them on the wall as trophies. Divers who did that were denigrated eventually. Sometimes we saw grey morays lurking in them. Kelly Tarlton got a pic of a double barrel one. With water being drawn thru the walls, imagine the volume and pressure coming out that chimney...
