The Nat geo photographer used this image to positively increase the level of awareness regarding goat island marine reserve and marine reserves in general. I do not condone his behaviour however it was conducted to do good for the reserve. I highly doubt the person caught trolling had the intention to highlight the positive difference marine reserves make by catching his dinner in it.
